Through childhood trauma and the weight of everyday struggles, I searched for something steady that felt like mine. I found that in crafting. What started as a quiet escape became a foundation. Something I could shape with my own hands and control in a way life hadn’t always allowed.
After years working in the jewelry industry, refining my skills and connecting with people, my path naturally led me to chainmaille. I was drawn to its history, its structure, and its original purpose. Chainmaille was built as armor for strength, protection, and endurance. That meaning stayed with me.
I wear my jewelry the same way I carry my scars, as armor. Not to hide behind, but to represent where I’ve been and the strength it took to move forward.
